01 Oct Daily Planner View: Why I Love it
Friends, I’ll let you in on a little secret.
One of my favorite things about using a digital planner to keep my life in order is the daily planner view.
What makes it so valuable to me? It allows you to schedule each event, appointment, errand or task in advance so you know what to expect and don’t run out of time. You can also set specific due dates for everything to help you stay on track, and have extra time left for your family and yourself. (Self-care, come at me!)
Those are the basics, but let me dive a little deeper into the BIG benefits I find when I focus on my day to day.
I Can Visualize My Day
Do you know how much easier it is to stay organized when you can see your day all at once?
It also helps me to feel less stressed because I know EXACTLY what will happen that day, whether it’s related to my professional or personal life.
All the hard thinking is already done for me, which consequently helps me to be more productive. Win-win.
I Get Motivated by the Quotes
“Failure will never overtake me if my determination to succeed is strong enough.”
Yes, that is a motivational quote and yes, I love seeing something like this each morning in my daily planner view to inspire ACTION.
Want to make your day the best it can be? Well, it’s all about starting it off right—and being able to visualize positive messages in my organizer helps me to remember my goal of being the best version of myself each day.
I Can Prioritize
Another thing I love about the daily planner view is the fact that you can assign priority tasks.
This keeps me on track and helps me see what NEEDS to get done that day. Then I don’t spend time stressing over non-urgent tasks, thus improving my prioritizing skills.
I Can Keep in Mind Other Tasks
That said, I also like to be able to see my other low-priority tasks just in case I’m ahead of myself and absolutely dominating that particular day. (Hey, it happens!)
This works both ways though. On days I’m not quite as efficient, I can press snooze on certain tasks to carry them over to the next day or the following week if I need to.
(Say goodbye to feeling pressured!)
I Can Plan Meals and Track My Water Intake
In addition, the daily planner view assists me with being able to plan my meals and track my water intake seamlessly.
Personally, I find that visualizing my health goals really helps me to achieve them. My days get so busy sometimes that it is easy to forget that the best way to take care of my mind is to make sure I am eating well and drinking enough water!
I Can Create Custom Lists
The daily planner view is incredibly diverse. I like to use it as a gratitude journal, workout plan, or a place to journal about my day.
Sometimes, I utilize it as a brain dump. We all know that putting pen to paper (or fingertips to keyboard in this instance!) can really aid you when it comes to articulating your thoughts and emotions.
Either way, the opportunities are endless.
Dominating Your Tasks With Daily Planner View
Whether you’re a business owner or a stay-at-home mom of three (or both!), we all lead such busy lives in the Digital Age.
The wonderful thing about a daily planner view is that it helps you to keep on top of things. So ultimately, you can be more proficient in your everyday life. Who doesn’t want that?

Posted at 15:26h, 13 JanuaryHi Hattie! Thanks for your question! We do have a wide variety of stickers currently, and we often come out with sticker packs throughout the year (based on the seasons, holidays, etc.). Our newer feature also allows you to search through the stickers, view your recently used stickers, and view your frequently used stickers. Artful Agenda currently only syncs with Google, iCal, and Outlook.
